Happy Sunday Guys.
This week was filled with a roller coaster of emotions. Personally, I had a few moments where things got really heavy for me as I navigated some of the personal matters in my life. The outcome of which turned out to be net positive, which I am grateful for. I’ll be writing a post about acceptance and awareness of the trauma that I have been suppressing for some time now.
This weekend I had the honor to host the 3rd cohort of my Mushroom Course which filled my heart with joy and gratitude. This cohort had a total of 6 people of which 80% had never experienced mushrooms. I love seeing people explore new topics that help expand their horizons and worldviews.
I am incredibly grateful for you, our community, and the ability to connect during such crazy times we are currently living in.
On that note, I’d love to get to know some of my readers. If you are open to a chat, let me know by replying to this email and we’ll schedule it.
Things I Discovered
A Reflection:
Be absolutely vigilant of your surroundings, thoughts, and inputs. Being ruthless with filtration is where you’ll create focus, clarity, and action. By removing distractions you begin to understand what is truly your purpose and begin to fulfill the calling you’ve been endowed with.
As you make progress on your service and purpose be sure to keep God and the divine in your open heart. Because through love, God, and the divine you’ll go beyond your imagination, you just have to keep faithful and keep walking.the vigilance of your thoughts, surroundings, and inputs is, in this day, the absolute priority. A pure mind, heart, and soul will make a legend out of you. Keep it simple. Keep it consistent.
