Hi Guys!
Greetings from an undisclosed location in Costa Rica. What I can say is that the Sun is beautiful, the beach is warm, the forest is buzzing with life, and the people are simply put, Beautiful.
A few weeks ago Lindsey and I decided to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary away from Winter Wonderland that is Jackson Hole. We asked ourselves, “What is another nature-filled paradise that we can go to that is different from JH yet similar in spirit?”
Spending time in the warmth of the sun has helped me blossom some ideas that I have been nurturing in the winter of Jackson. The beautiful green lushness of the jungle has invited me to expand my inner world view beyond my mind and spirit.
This trip has been focused on my body. Taking Yoga classes with one of the most powerful and creative practitioners, my body has welcomed the stretches, the flexibility, and the energy that is nurtured by Yoga. By opening my body, stretching my muscles, and being in the warmth of people and nature has ignited a fire within me that was kindling for a while.
By eating clean fruits, veggies, and fresh fish my body, married with constant working workouts and yoga, has begun to transform in ways that I had been aiming for. This leads me to reinforce my belief that our environment is critical to our growth and self-development.
P.S. the world is amazing. By traveling to CR I ran into some great friends that I have not seen in a very long time. Rekindling friendships with the new versions of ourselves has brought so much joy and depth to the relationships.
Super excited to announce that I will be launching the pre-orders for the Microdose Journal later this week. If you'd like to experience a newfound sense of clarity through the combined power of self-reflection and microdosing, the Microdosing Journal is for you.

Things I Discovered
A Reflection:
It’s not always about taking action and/or being in a state of active doing. From time to time, taking no action and allowing the things you have started to breathe, will cultivate more than you can imagine.A Question:
What activity makes me feel closer to myself? How can I do more of it?A Phrase:
Give time, time.A Lesson:
Deeply understanding that two things can be true at the same time, will free you.A Conviction:
You are a product of your environment.
A Quote:
”If you want to change your life you need to change your environment. New friends, new job, new relationship, new city, new habits, a new something.
You are your environment.” - Matthew KobachA Framework:
Focus on one thing.A Truth:
Every person has two lives. the second starts when they realize that they have one life.A Recommendation:
Decide. An Article: This week has no article. Spending time in nature has made reading articles obsolete. Focused on reading books and spending time in nature.
A Picture: A love note from the universe. Lindsey and I found a very private beach during our walk where we decided to spend the afternoon at. After putting our things down, I noticed the heart with Te Amo written on it. I asked Lindsey if she had written it in the sand, and she said, “No.” That’s when I knew the Universe was sending me a love note.
Pura Vida,
Alejandro
