Hey Guys,
Greetings from Jackson Hole!
This week has been a powerful week for many reasons. Getting back from Costa Rica was smoother than I anticipated with only feeling tired from the acclimation to the elevation on Monday.
First, I launched the Microdose Journal on Wednesday--to my surprise, the first two batches sold out in less than 24hrs. So what does this mean? It means that Microdosing Psilocybin is becoming more and more socially acceptable and it is helping people heal their mental health matters. Curious to learn what microdosing is? I wrote a quick twitter thread on the topic below.
The journal is designed to guide you through your microdosing protocol with a scientific process and a spiritual/conscious approach.
Secondly, this week I onboarded 4 new Coaching clients: All women founders and leaders. They are my dream clients: Entrepreneurs who are building incredible companies through conscious leadership.
I now only have 2 spots available for new clients-- if you or anyone you know is interested in leveling up their business, spirituality, emotions, and create breakthroughs in their lives please send them my way.
Some notable client wins this week:
One client closed one of the most influential and notable Investors in media
Another client found the courage and clarity to quit their job and start working on their company
One client healed her relationship with her father through our work she was able to recognize that this was a huge emotional blocker in her entrepreneurial career
Another client has not only met but exceeded all of their business KPI’s with ~$100K in MRR. This client was also able to recognize the areas that he has been ignoring and is tackling them head-on.
A small win but a win none-the-less, I had a client pay their fees in full using Bitcoin. Love when this happens.
What a week filled with significant professional momentum that is being nurtured by taking action.
It dawned on me as I wrote this, I am living my dreams.
Things I Discovered
A Reflection:
Approaching things in life with a sense of joy, fun, and playfulness enriches us in a way that seriousness cannot. It’s not about comparing the two, actually, They are not mutually exclusive.
it is about seeing the way you can seriously bring fun and playfulness into your everyday.
A Question:
What options can you create?

A Quote:
"When you compete to be the best, you imitate. When you compete to be unique, you innovate. Aim to be unique.”
David Perell
A Framework:
Get going, then get good.

-Credibility
-Competence
-CreativityA Recommendation:
Master one area fully.
An Article: NFTs BABY!!
This week after reconnecting with some friends who were visiting Jackson Hole, I was reminded of the time where all of us where deep into the crypto world— they doubled down and stayed the course while I chose to be a passive investor in BTC. Any ways, in our conversation, they reminded me of NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens)— and like clock work, later that week the NFT world reached mainstream. Everyone was talking about it: Gary V, Andresseen, Horowitz, Creators, and even some Podcasters that had nothing to do with the space.
I am excited to reenter crypto for many reasons with that said NFTs are one of the main drivers. My love of art, creators, and the opportunity to help others create life-changing wealth/opportunities is what I am all about.
Some NFTs received Millions of dollars in transactions this week. It’s definitely the new horizon for art and creators. Here is an article that explains what NFTs are and how to go about acquiring them.
- A simple way to think about NFTs are as files that live on the blockchain.
-NFTs make it possible to own digital media assets in the same way that you can own a digital financial asset.A photo:
After spending months attempting to climb K2, the world's second tallest mountain, during the most dangerous season my friend Colin came back home from his adventure. I was incredibly relieved to see him and give him the tightest hug ever. Colin is someone who I learn from and with a ton. During our hike we chatted about the difference between Perceived Danger v. Actually Danger and how mountainers are actually some of the most risk-averse people.
This photo was taken Friday during a hike in Jackson Hole.Pura Vida,

P.s. I am thinking about re-creating this newsletter. Let me know if you have any ideas.
